Refunds & Cancellation
All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours of notice and we will be happy to issue store credit toward a later date.
To cancel, send an email to booking@elysievents.com and we will issue your store credit. Orders canceled within 24 hours of the order time/date will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.
Booking Deposits
Booking deposits are non-refundable. They reserve your date and cover the planning, sourcing, and design work that begins immediately upon booking. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a new date subject to availability.
Delivery
Please provide clear instructions and any necessary gate codes for our delivery drivers in advance.
An individual must be present to accept the delivery — our boards must be refrigerated if not served immediately. The delivery window is thirty minutes before and after the requested time. If there is a change in the schedule, we will reach out to confirm that the recipient is available.
If no one is present to accept the delivery, we are unfortunately not able to leave the order at the door due to quality assurance and food-safety concerns. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have changes to your schedule and we are happy to accommodate where we can.
Travel Area
We travel within 45 miles of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. Travel fees are calculated based on the specific location and date.
We can potentially go further depending on event type and size — feel free to reach out for inquiries beyond this radius.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long can I keep my board in the refrigerator for?
We always recommend serving your charcuterie board the same day; a board in the fridge for a few hours is perfectly fine. However, if you are serving next-day, let us know and we'll package the crackers separately for you — that way they stay crunchy and your board can go in the refrigerator overnight.
If my guests are allergic to something or have a dietary restriction, can you accommodate?
Absolutely! We can customize your board so that every guest is able to enjoy it. Vegetarian, vegan, nut-free, gluten-free — you name it.
How much are grazing tables?
Our grazing tables are custom made for each event, so you can fill out our inquiry form on the Grazing Tables page or send an email to booking@elysievents.com for the full grazing menu.
